Welcome to the TOC for Intercultural Dialogue web site.

Dialogue between cultures is basically dialogue between human beings. In order for it to be successful, a meeting on a human level needs to take place where assumptions are put aside and prejudices and stereotypes are overcome. TOC offers a set of tools that make it possible for such a meeting to take place.

TOC4ICD is a program based on using thinking and communication tools for learning how to communicate with “others” through accepting and respecting differences and overcoming resistance to change.

TOC for Intercultural Dialogue is a new initiative through which we try to use a proven set of thinking and  communication tools in this important field of human relationship. This web site will change and grow as the initiative grows and develops. Keep checking it!
