Zana Borisavljevic is a Consultant and Trainer with over 20 years’ experience in education, teacher training and youth work. She lived and worked for thirteen years in the UK where she began her career in Holistic Education and became involved in TOC for Education.
Since 2001 she has been based in Serbia but continues to work as an international trainer. She is involved in the development of the NGO sector in Serbia and Leadership Training for young people as well as in the training programs for inter-cultural dialogue between young Albanians and Serbs in Kosovo.

Khaw Choon Ean is trained in the education profession and has worked in this field for 30 years. She graduated as a teacher in 1977 and has worked as a curriculum planner and educational project manager in the Ministry of Education (MOE), Malaysia.
She was trained as a facilitator for education in Plymouth, England in 1995 and as a TOC for education facilitator in Monterrey, Mexico in 2000.
She has worked with children from preschool to high school and university students in projects with the MOE as well as agencies such as the British Council, UNICEF, World Futures Studies Federation and TOCFE, Inc. She has run workshops and training in the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Korea and throughout Malaysia, as well as presented in many conferences in Malaysia, UK, USA, Mexico and Korea.
Linda Trapnell is an independent Consultant in Education. She has been closely involved in enabling young people to become confident in dealing with situations in their daily lives. Her experience of 10 years as a Head Teacher/Principal of an English Primary School has given her a sound understanding of the issues that young people face.
She has worked with TOC with children and adults and she is currently involved in training future school leaders in the UK and in the British schools in the Middle East.
