Each tool is presented in a form of graphic organizer  which converts complex  information collections into meaningful displays. They compress and focus, making interpretations, understanding and insight much easier.

 

 The Evaporating Cloud tool is for looking at conflict situations, be it a personal dilemma, disagreement, argument or even a decision or action that has to be made. The important aspect of this tool is the analysis of people’s needs and the assumptions that are often made.

 

                                            

The Cause and Effect Branch is for logically thinking through processes.  Linking with “If…then” logic enables more mindful analysis of the situation and allows responsible decisions to be made by looking at predictable consequences and effects.

                                                                  

 

 

 

 

The Ambitious Target Tree tool is for systematic planning and achieving goals set as well as making an action plan to convert into action every step between the present situation and the goal.
